Peaches n’ Cream Healthy Nice Cream

Vegan / Gluten Free / Dairy Free

Looking for a healthy dessert to curb your sweet tooth craving? Try my Peaches n’ Cream Nice Cream (a.k.a. Beaches n’ Cream when you add some fun garnishes like graham cracker or flax seed sand and chocolate mermaid tails!)

What is nice cream?

Why is it called nice cream? Nice cream is simply blending frozen fruits together in a high-speed blender to create a creamy, healthy dessert with no added processed sugars. Some people also add nuts, protein powder or a splash of liquid or milk when making nice cream for extra sustainment and protein. This Peaches n’ Cream Nice Cream is a simple yet delicious and fulfilling treat made with healthy and minimal ingredients, perfect for a hot summer’s day. Serving size is one, so adjust recipe accordingly as needed.

Let’s begin!

How to make nice cream

Ingredients:

You will also need a high-powered blender or smoothie maker. I used a Ninja 3-in-1 Smart Screen Kitchen System processer attachment.

Instructions:

Add all ingredients to a high-powered blender, processor or smoothie maker. Pulse a few times, then blend on high or until smooth.

Transfer nice cream to a bowl and garnish, if desired.

I added some crushed graham crackers for sand, but if you want a gluten free sand, add milled flax seeds.

The fun mermaid tails and seashells were made with allergy friendly white chocolate that was melted and poured into silicone molds. Find the easy-to-use molds HERE.

Enjoy!
