Making long term changes for a steady and healthy routine isn’t all that easy in the beginning. Not everyone is the same either. We all have different bodies, ages and life situations to consider. You will find what works best for you if you make changes one step at a time, work them into to your daily or weekly routine and eventually, they will become a lifestyle change for you. Also remember, that being healthy isn’t all about your waistline. You need to feel good from the inside out….body, mind and soul! ….and please be patient and set realistic goals, it takes time.

No matter your story, we all have strengths and weaknesses, temptations to fight, and bad habits we struggle with. This blog is NOT for anyone seeking to be a super model or to be in a fitness competition. This is a practical blog, to encourage and enlighten you to just want to feel healthy and good about yourself, no matter spectrum of healthy you are currently in.
