After a few smoothie recipe experiments and taste testing, I discovered a tasty way to get your pumpkin spice kick on with this amazingly nutritious and flavorful pumpkin spice bone broth smoothie! This high fiber, high protein smoothie packs a nutritional punch that will nourish your gut health and put your metabolism into high gear. Perfect for breakfast or a quick afternoon snack, each smoothie contains lots of protein and plenty of other vitamins and minerals to give your body the boost it needs. So grab your blender and get ready to whip up this tasty treat! Makes 18 ounces.

Ingredients for bone broth smoothie:

  • 1 large banana

  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree

  • 1/2 cup chicken bone broth

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk

  • 1 tbsp pure maple syrup

  • 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice

  • 4-5 ice cubes

Optional garnish: Sprinkle of ground nutmeg or clove.

Instructions:

Add ingredients, in order, to a smoothie cup and blend using smoothie setting.

Alternatively, add all ingredients to a blender and pulse a few times, then blend on high for at least one minute, or until smooth.


Pour into serving glass and sprinkle with nutmeg, clove or extra pumpkin pie spice, if desired and enjoy! Makes 18 ounces.
