Cobbler for breakfast?….YES PLEASE!! This Baked Cobbler Oats Breakfast is a comforting and healthy way to start the day. Put away those cereal bowls and preheat the oven for this delicious breakfast for two, (or one!πŸ˜‰) This is meant to be baked in a small dish. I used a 5 x 7 (pictured above) and also a round 6 inch diameter dish, both turned out great. You could also use a small cast iron skillet. The fruit you choose can be versatile. I used fresh plums, but you can also use peaches, apricots, or fresh figs or get creative with what you have in season.
